Return Policy
All returns require prior authorization and must meet the return requirements listed below. Returns received without an issued RMA may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Requirements
- Items must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and packaged in their original cartons, complete with all parts and packing materials.
- RMAs must be used within 120 days of issuance; expired RMAs are void.
Ineligible for Return
- Installed or modified items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Shades, accessories, or individually purchased parts
- Final sale or discontinued items
- Items not in original packaging, including outer cartons and all packing materials
Restocking Fees
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping charges. You will receive an email confirmation of your refund amount once the merchandise has been received and processed at our warehouse.
Defective Merchandise
If you believe your product is defective, please complete the form to request a replacement or return. Products damaged in transit or lost shipments must be reported within 30 business days to qualify for credit or adjustment.
Commercial Orders
All large-quantity project orders and custom orders require a 50% deposit and become non-cancellable and nonreturnable once production begins. Any cancellation request may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the purchase order amount.
Online Orders
Online orders will follow the return policy of the vendor partner in which the order was placed. Please refer to the original purchase site to review returns. Kuzco will not process returns outside of public policy guidelines for each vendor partner.
